My parents used to know you personally when you played in Shay’s Rebellion. They would take me to see you and Susan and Janet at the Folk Life Festival every year. I grew up with these songs and my mom would sing them all the time. Maybe you remember them? Bruce and Jeanmarie. Well, anyway, I’m really glad I found your site because I missed the music. This is a great song. I also like the Poverty Line a lot too. Your music inspires motivation and it’s great to hear music that has meaning because you don’t find that much anymore.
